FRIDA KEMPFF

Frida Kempff has spent 15 years creating TV productions, documentaries, and short films. Her work has earned awards at prestigious film festivals like Cannes, London, Telluride, and IDFA. After studying at the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts, she became the first Swede since 1957 to win a short film award at Cannes in 2010. In 2015, her feature documentary VINTERBOJ (WINTER BUOY) premiered globally. DEAR KID (2016), and WOLF (2017) are her notable short films. KNOCKING (2021) is her debut feature film. Known for her visual storytelling, Frida explores human relationships and our ways of confronting the past and future.
